There once was a time in which effective evangelism meant going door to door and handing out gospel tracts. That model is no longer fruitful given the times we are living in. It reminds me of the time when the disciples had been fishing all night but caught nothing. They didn’t lack effort; instead they needed a new direction on how to do a familiar task which was fishing. Instead of going door-to-door, the time has come for the church to go “Heart-to-Heart.” The attached sermon notes take a look at illustrations from the Word of God which illustrates heart-to-heart evangelism. Please pray that the Lord will be glorified throughout this series.
